Ladbrokes Review
Ladbrokes
Ladbrokes are undoubtedly the biggest European bookmaker. The company was actually founded in 1886 as a commission agent for horses and has been trying to grab punters’ money ever since. They rely largely on their reputation and having been around so long it’s a safe name for people to bet with. Laddies know what they’re doing and have so much money (& customers) behind them they can afford to copy any new ideas other firms come up with.
Ladbokes website is pretty simple & basic. Like a few of the others the homepage itself seems to be full up with writing about the betting rather than the prices themselves but it’s pretty easy-to-use and has a familiar feel about it. The in-play console can stick a bit sometimes but overall it’s a standard betting website.Lads have all the content the others have (their live streaming is some way behind 365′s though) and it’s laid out neatly-enough. They’ve signed up a few big names (such as John Motson) to give the content a familiar feel and it seems more thought-out than a lot of the other firms who often install content on a pay-as-you-go basis rather than on long contracts.
Overall Ladbrokes offer everything you’d expect online, but it has to be said they don’t offer anything you wouldn’t. Safe, secure & simple.
The major word of warning with Ladbrokes is that they shut winning punters down quicker online than any other bookmaker so don’t be at all surprised that you start getting restricted quite heavily if you have a few winners. They don’t get that rich paying winners out all the time.
